The Conde Nast Building Tenant Guidelines

As part of the design of the Conde Nast Building, FXFOWLE prepared guidelines to help current and future tenants take full advantage of the building’s sustainable infrastructure. The guidelines include suggestions for layout, fixtures, finishes, and use of daylight and lighting technology.  To encourage energy efficiency, the document includes data and benefits analyses. In an effort to spread knowledge beyond the management, the guidelines encourage the training of staff on how to use the building’s integrated recycling systems, as well as the education of consultants, construction managers, and subcontractors involved in construction practices.
