Part of FXFOWLE's work on the New York Times Building project included the development of tenant design guidelines, aimed at preserving the environmental and aesthetic quality of the office and retail spaces.  The guidelines advise tenants on the selection of fixtures and finishes, as well as the layout of the open office spaces to preserve a healthy, productive, and pleasant work environment within this "green" office building.
