Javits II Architecture, LLC is a joint venture partnership that won the competition to redesign and expand the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. Javits II Architecture, LLC is located in the penthouse of 330 West 34th Street for this three-year effort. This new office provides an open environment conducive to the special collaboration of architects and engineers working together in this space. The program includes a reception area, two private glass front offices, a private corner meeting room, an open meeting room, a large glass front 24-person conference room, a pantry and lunch area, a print copy room, and storage area. A corridor connects these areas and leads into the large 4,000 square-foot office, which includes 56 work stations. Each room is filled with natural daylighting and skyline views. All of the finishes and furniture chosen have sustainable features.
