This nine-story commercial office building will be three individual, connected sections. The base contains retail while the top has a rooftop garden with a canopy which provides shading for the entire building. Located on NH-8, the main route south of New Delhi leading to Jaipur, the site is between Gurgaon and Kasan. A 135 meter setback from the road leaves a 12 x 200 meter sliver of land to build on. Extensive wind, sun, and humidity analysis of the area ensures sustainable elements are maximized to create an efficient and pleasant work environment. A green roof and outdoor terraces with extensive plantings are a major design element.
