The competition design of this iconic development is a respectful overlay of the UAE’s rich heritage with a forward-looking contemporary architectural vision. The skyscraper is comprised of three towers, one 100-story, one 60-story and one 40-story that join together to create a unique mixed-use experience. At the base, lower-scale buildings create a network of residential and retail experiences, all enhanced with a sustainable network of landscape and water features. The project represents a new standard for environmentally responsible development in Dubai — a contemporary design vision that is high-performance, economically feasible, and aesthetically pleasing.
