Located just west of Columbus Circle at 462 West 58th Street, this Clinton District building’s broad, Trespa-paneled façade is sculpted to activate the street wall and bring character to the residential units. Many of the two- and three- bedroom apartments are positioned to have views down the street to the park at the corner of 10th Avenue and the Hudson River beyond. The faceted façade is designed to be more opaque to the east, harmonizing with the adjacent rows of townhouses and small apartment buildings.
