This luxury 18 story condominium tower will be located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, at the northeast corner of 77th Street and Second Avenue. The new residential building will have 32 units of family-sized 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The scale and proportion of the design elements are inspired by a classical New York Art Deco language. The façade is comprised of a rain screen system in malachite green phenolic panels and staggered two story coupled window arrangements further emphasize the line of the building. The project has been designed to a LEED Silver level.
