Located near Fifth Avenue at 11 East 29th Street, Sky House gracefully responds to the surrounding neighborhood. The varying façade rhythms of the slender tower frontages — vertical on one volume and horizontal on the other — balance the scale of the through-block building. Featuring 139 high-end residential units, the 55-story tower's unique fenestration system opens up each apartment, with super tall vertical windows framing iconic views of Manhattan. At its base, the building includes a new 21,000 square foot Parish House for the adjacent church.
