Located on the western end of 57th Street in Manhattan, The Helena is a 37-story residential building with 580 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Floor to ceiling glass, wrap-around windows and sleek metal panels create a highly marketable rental property. Integrated sustainable technologies such as photovoltaic panels, a blackwater treatment plant, efficient microturbines, and green roofs earned this building a LEED Gold Certification from the USGBC and the Affordable Green Housing Award from the AIA.
