This new 10-story condominium building adds a vibrant element to Chelsea’s residential side streets. The façade features a “floating veil” of terracotta bands that maintain a consistent backdrop for the streetscape, while a window-wall behind adds visual depth. The undulating expression of the wall corresponds to the internal organization of the studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The Oculus includes four exclusive penthouses and twenty-one residences featuring private outdoor space.
