Located in North Chelsea, this corner building opens up to the surrounding views and urban environment with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The façade is comprised of black metal panels suspended from the building structure on exposed stainless steel fastenings. An interlaced window pattern enables a logical arrangement of bedrooms and living rooms to occur without detracting from the uniform façade expression. The building’s plan positions units with two-, three- and four-exposures — an unexpected amenity in Manhattan. The Onyx includes a rooftop sun deck, a gallery-like lobby, and a professional quality fitness center.
